Wait why is this at Metricon ?!

Makes no sense to me either but I read somewhere that tickets sales are better for this than the Heat games that were there.

I would have thought this would be at somewhere like Casey Fields or Junction Oval

Not sure what the point of that would be, Stars have a regional game in Moe which is at least more than an hour from their home ground unlike those 2 grounds you've mentioned.

There is that new stadium in Ballarat!

To play the game in Qld for a vic vs nsw side only goes to show CA has totally lost their minds

CA want to grow the game on the Gold Coast.

They would get more at the MCG than up there.
In the middle of school holidays to play a game away from your home ground is just stupid.

I would of gone to this game if it was in Melbourne.
