Most likely Rogers if Faulkner is actually fit.

Personally I'd play the 4 quicks + Ahmad + Short to bowl a couple of spin overs if needed and leave Rose out but the Hurricanes don't operate like that.

I would personally put bailey in number 3, that way he can face a few balls and probably produce something special for the hurricanes
