Okay this is the game I believe that will go down to the wire, here’s why
Hurricanes
1. I don’t see Matthew Wade scoring freely as he’s due for a bad one
2. If short doesn’t score, it’ll delay the hurricanes momentum
3. Hurricanes do not have a good bowling attack as their quite expensive (especially Clive Rose)
4. Milenko and McDermott will spud it up again
Thunder
1. If Hales doesnt Score, there in big trouble
2. their middle order is s**t (expect for Alex Ross)
3. their bowling attack is fairly average
4. Thunder lost to the renegades and almost choked against scorchers

This is my prediction
Hurricanes will bat first and they’ll score 176 with Mac Wright scoring 45 off 27 and George BAILEY getting a fast 50 off 21. Thunder will lose Hales early, but control the middle overs before a massive choke which they will reach the target on 176 and be stuck on 163/8 20 overs

Good on Hobart coach keeping a straight face in insisting that Jake Doran is a good chance to be included for Miller. This is a bloke with a first class strike rate if about 30 and was woeful this season when he played. Milenko has to play.

Decent night for the game, although after reaching 34 today the sea breeze came in this sfternoon and it's now only 18.5 so not overly balmy by Aussie standards.
