Figuring out who the best cheapie wicket keeper I can use to loophole my Siefert score.

Curtis, Shaw, Allen, Inglis, Peirson, Philipp, Alsop, Rizwan have already played/or unable to be picked because their teams have played.

Which leaves these options:

Carey, Billings, Wade, Bancroft, McDermott, Gilkes, Clarke, Harper, Nielsen.

Im gathering all those optional players will play.

The only one I know not playing there is Alex Carey.

Any idea where you got your source from?

I think Ill take on that suggestion half an hour out once teams are confirmed.

Ive been thinking about this post from last evening, with Jimmy Peirson striking them well last night, will Brisbane be tempted to move him back up the order as opener? Im not sure if Wildemurth is cut for opening to be honest.

Surely they don't need him with Bancroft in the side? He doesn't offer much with the bat.

Not sure, the thing is you can't have Wildermuth and Weibgen in the middle of the order if the game is on the line. You need experience like Pierson there.

They will continue to have Wildermuth at the top I think unless they try Weibgen up there. I can see them moving Wildermuth down the order if he fails in the next two.

Actually with Warner out, Gilkes will play. He just won't play when Warner returns.

I may have play Alex Carey as wicketkeeper to get Sieferts points.

Unless there is another keeper playing. The 14 listed Wicket keeper on supercoaches, I am thinking 12 of them are going to play this round.

Food for thought for Hobart Hurricanes players tonight. BBL14 Supercoach Grand Final scores- last time on the same venue:

I am assuming here that McDermott and Wade got 20 points each for the run out.

Feel like the openers are due for a big score, given what happened in last years BBL Final and the WBBL final on the weekend.

Captain Owens, Rehan Ahmed and my flex player Sams playing tonight.

I decided to ditch David for Ahmed who looks like he will bat at 3 and bowl while David is batting at 5 and probably won't bowl.

In hindsight I should have ditched Renshaw for Ahmed and kept David but I can't do anything about that now.

Bancroft on the bench to add to my frustrations.

Last night before the heat game took Jordan out for Afridi.

I have a really good habit of making late changes that ruins my team that I’ve mostly settled on.

Currently on 514 with the 2nd games to come from

Azam
Philippe
Edwards
Dwarshuis
Owen Captain
David
Ellis
Meredith
McDermott
Hosain

Few players really owe me.

I’m looking at you
Azam
Meredith
David
Hosain
Ellis

Will be hoping to get 1000

Tim David and Mitch Owen both looked really good before getting out. Genuinely thought Owen had 50+ runs in him tonight. Tim David Owners will be seething as he looked a lock for 20+ runs, and to get the bonus points. Do feel that Hobarts next 3 games are on good batting decks: GMHBA, Perth Stadium and Ninja Stadium.

Im glad in a way Owen didnt go on to get a big score tonight as I took the Captain off him tonight.

Hobart batting order looks settle now:

7 Jordan
8 Nathan Ellis
9 Hossain

I have read some articles saying McDermott is happy to be the 'floater' in the lineup. That probably means in some games he could bat: 3,4,5 .

I've only played 3 Hobart Hurricanes players in the 1st round- Im preparing for the long-term chances on the comp, rather than short-term.
