Traded out Birt > Katich (48 points)

411 points with the following to play
Finch x 2
M Hussey
White
Maxwell
Wright
Rimmington
Murali
Nannes

Hopefully 750+ this week, but will most likely lose 1 of my 4 league games to Raveneyes :(

Don't count yourself out in our game, in fact on the back of Katich's 48, you would be in front!

I'm 58 in front ATM but I only have 2 POD's to go whilst you have 4. I need a couple of your guns to fail to have any chance.

Me: Maxwell, Nannes & 58 points
Vs
You: Paine, Bollinger, Hastings, Hodge

Oh you're not bringing Dunk in today? So you've decided to take Keiswetter's (spelling?) score?

I know there's rain in Hobart, but it looks like it could clear up...... Tough choice!

Yep, taking Kieswetters 10 points (Hanscomb is my C) I used 1 trade Rose > Rimmington and the other Birt > Katich.

Birt has the bye next round and Katich will recieve a hefty price rise whilst Birt will lose money. I could potentially lose points today, but have to make $ and keep the fixture in mind as in having enough money to make the trades I want to make.

From dollars I will make from Katich, tomorrow Katich > Bopara for Sixers double game round. I wouldn't have had enough money in the bank to do Birt > Bopara without the Katich trade.

And that, my friends, is how the game is played.

Very shrewd Gingy, love your work!
I'm taking a relaxed approached to the game, haven't looked too far ahead yet.

Damn it, Bollinger was looking like scoring a 0 with only 4 balls to go in his 4 over spell only to snare 2 wickets in his last 4 balls, as well as 12 bonus points for economy rate as he ended up conceding 8.00 per over which falls just inside the bonus points for bowlers (6-8 runs per over = 12 points) ...ahh what could have been a close game looks all over now, unless The Big Show can pull another 150+ out of his arse in the last game. :rainbow:

Got lucky there :)

Paine took 3 catches, is that 36 points? Not sure if the 12 points per catch applies to wicket-keepers.

Currently on 719 with 2 to come (would have been higher if not for M.Marsh, Kieswetter and Hogg).

League match is close (White is common to both teams)

Me: Wright + 76
Them: Maxwell, Nannes, M.Hussey

702 with 5 to play
White, M Hussey, Wright, Maxwell & Nannes

Will hopefully crack 1000 points :rainbow:

krk004 absolutely killing it this round. 943 points with 3 still to play!

Well.. I needed to try something so I was the Guinea Pig..

Swapped Maddison on to the ground and put the C on him. When the game started tonight, my VC had his score doubled..

748 with 5 to go.
Hodge, Hastings, White, Wright & M.Hussey.

900+ would be a good score methinks.

Huss and Hastings, doing the job! :thumbsu:

Have them both too. :rainbow:

Hastings on the bench as cover for Henriques who I have the big C on due to VC on Finch. :D:thumbsu:

Most important thing is I am giving old Toxic the mother of all hidings in league 1.

710 to 382. :p

Well done Raveneyes that might well be the highest overall round score. :thumbsu:

I ended up on 908 points. Should have been at least 20 points more, Nannes robbed of a wicket and Maxwell didn't get a bat. :rainbow: Nevermind. Won 3/4 league games and it took a monster score from Raveneyes to defeat me. Should climb the overall rankings by quite a bit, hopefully top 100-200 now.
