To be fair its bloody warm I'm in the shade and you can feel it

We had 5 days with 4 of them over 40 in a test at the waca

Keepers manged to last 6 hours

Handscomb lasted an hour - without much effort required with his batting

I'm at the ground & sitting in the shaded area - while there's bit of a breeze, I doubt it's due to the roof being open

And watching the other side of the ground which is in full sun, the longer the match has gone on, the more the crowd on that side has moved further back in the bays to find shade - some are still on the sun, but not many

If the roof was shut the place would just be a humid oven

To be honest the power play seems to have helped bowling teams this year. If the batting team takes it when they're going alright it seems to bring them undone. May as well leave it til the end
