Third straight away game in five days, fantastic scheduling. Wouldn't mind seeing us bat first and get some practice defending a total.

Its a preview of the final.

Scorchers wont be too phased if they have to travel to the SCG for a final but they will be hard to beat at the Perth Stadium.

its the game of the tournament so far and Im looking forward to this one. (and probably most neutrals too)

I believe if the Scorchers win this match they can't lose top spot.

It is good for the players, less plane trips back and forth across the continent.
This should be the game of the tournament, easily the best two teams on paper to have played.

Been a stinker in sydney today, so the storms might roll in (Radar currently showing a bit of rain heading in from SW). I hope it doesn't impact the game too much.

Should be a good game so let's hope this match isn't a fizzer. In some good news, rain won't be an issue at the SCG tonight. It's a miracle!!!
You sure about that?

Sometimes when a game is expected to be a good one, it ends up being a fizzer. Sixers to win a tight one. This is surely a preview to the final later in the month.

Gee we've won a lot of tosses this season. Reckon we're due sending in a team only for them to make a high score.

I think we want to try and stitch up top spot.

If we can do that, I expect us to bat first in later games if we get the chance to change it up.

Morris and Kelly to miss again.

Staggered that no clubs, especially the Melbourn ones haven't tried to poach Kelly and Banners.

Bit of overcast conditions might favour the Perth Scorchers bowlers early here.
Are we expecting rain. Ominous looking clouds are heading toward Sydney but the live weather websites all say no chance of rain.
