Lost 7 of last 9 matches. Were being touted as tournament favourites at the start of that run.

Bowling attack has been exposed enormously, well mainly the pace attack as Boyce and Short have continued to be ok.

Will be interesting to see if any attempt is made to strengthen it heading into next year, its not like we can dangle a carrot in front of any redbacks players playing for other sides. Will have to attempt to raid the Scorchers.

Or do they just keep it business as usual and let Dizzy roll out the exact same side again…

We'll definitely seek to replace Siddle. Might have to get an international quick.

Batting depth is also an issue. Short is obviously quality and Lynn was a very good pick-up who should be kept on, CDG was passable but it pretty much ends there. Hose played a decent supporting role at times but failed to step up when he was needed to, Carey only plays a few games and Head just isn't a T20 player.

Definitely need to be targeting an international quick or batsman (possibly both if CDG doesn't stay on which, despite being ok, is very replaceable).

Well batted Smith. Good to see he cared so much, although the test players have alot of cricket ahead in the " off season". I would probably want a bit of relaxation. They also are realistic that they will play much better opponents in thr next 2 series than in the last 2 series ( which where sadly a laughable standard of opponent).
