I think only one set of results can knock the heat out of finals now. They might finish as high as 3rd, that's crazy.

Another last over loss for the Stars and another loss confirmed for the Stars off the last ball.

I would allow Stonis to leave the club as a bold move to revitalise the list
BBL needs a revitalisation as it's the same teams doing same things every year.

Make every contract void at the end of 2023/24. All clubs may retain ONE international and THREE local players. The rest goes into three drafts;

1) local player draft
2) international player draft
3) Australian contracted players draft and try to get them more involved.

Would see Scorchers players in that 5 - 10 spot on the list elsewhere one would thing, ditto Sixers.

Nah screw that, I'm of the opinion that the BBL teams need a shift in attitude. Scorchers and Sixers are up there every year for a reason. I know the Scorchers have an advantage of WA having ridiculous depth at the moment but at the same time Nick Hobson has played every game for them.... Teams like the Stars didn't give themselves any chance this season with the way they approached it, they need to improve

Ridiculous.

Why disadvantage the good sides to make the competition even?
It's up to the other clubs to get better.

Rather than paying some internationals big money who don't perform, they should target other clubs like
the Scorchers and Sixers who have decent players who can't get a game.
