I think this Hurricanes batting unit is highly overrated.


Tim David is their best bat. But : Wade, D'Arcy Short, McDermott have all had disappointing campaigns.

Caleb Jewell has been a find this tournament.

Sixers have enough in the bank here. If Canes do chase this down, it will be the 4th highest ever successful chase at Blundstone in Domestic T20 cricket.

Sixers also have the added advantage of playing with nothing to lose, whilst Hobart have more on their plate and weight on the game.

Little disappointed that David didn’t come in at 4 like named. Nearly every innings he has ran out of time because he has come in too late. Would’ve liked to see him have a chance with nearly a full innings to play with. Understandable that they’d go with Wade but want to see David higher in the order.
