didn't they usually do it 6:30pm and 10:30pm AEDT? (so the second game would be 8:30pm local Perth time)

That would be an 11.30 start for the Eastern States which is late.

If they had a double header yesterday, they should try and have them every week day IMO.

Yeh Perth double headers are good and easy to do especially on weekends. Could easily do a 6pm / 9pm type double header.

I think they're worried that the test goes an extra half an hour which it probably will, and the first bbl games goes longer as well.
