While some have been, I don't think the teams were compelled to play the extra game elsewhere.

I'm surprised the Heat didn't go to Townsville or Cairns (but I suspect they'll play one on the Gold Coast next season when Metricon's back online). The Sixers could've visited somewhere like Coffs Harbour. Stars could've gone to Ballarat, and the Scorchers could've gone to Darwin.
