Faces too many dot balls. His strike rate tends to be 0, 100 or 200. Kills an innings' momentum as many times as he actually bats well.

He was used as a makeshift once. He is like Handscomb - he is a back-up keeper.

Whiteman possibly, but I have the same reservations about his glovework.

I just had issue with it cos where do the strikers want to be next year. Probably Ludeman gets cut so Carey plays as 1st Choice keeper.

Get him in the team before someone else poaches him Alex Ross style. Although I don't know what his contract status is.

Theres 2 or 3 teams crying out for a decent keeper. I'd rather Ludeman goes elsewhere than carey
