the kebab van was down the road from the redback, he had to move once the 7 11 wanted to put up a sign. it was located opposite the royal melbourne, the kebab bloke didnt like me showing up in my roos jacket a couple of saturday nites after the event.

he made a decent kebab though.

as for the kebab bloke saying that the incident made him shut up shop was crap, he moved to kensington.

we have a free family day bbq

and supposedly this other $100 a head fancy fare so are there two or one bbqs coming up.

Yes, there are 2 different events being held.

1. Players Reverse Raffle BBQ on Sunday 1st December. Cost is $100.00 for 2 people (but you only get 1 raffle ticket)

2.Twilight Christmas Family Day BBQ on Friday 6th December at 4.00pm entry is free.


I hope to be going to both!

Dunno about them being flops necessarily, but I think the free one on a Friday night may be poorly timed. It's still a school day for kids up to about Year 10, and I for one won't be going because it's the same night as the work Christmas ***...err function. How many other people of working age are in this position?
