I had a look at the history of this company and i cant for the life of me understand how a company that traded at $265 within the last 10 years could dip to below 5 cents and now currently be at 6 cents?

At no stage has the stock ever traded at $265.

Might have to re-read the chart. Maybe it was reconstructed at some stage.
