it will be really interesting to see what people do with Beams this week. He should rise to about 230k. His price ceiling with 70avg is 310k, but you will have to wait a few more weeks to get that now.

are you trading him or keeping him? for who and why?

With Ablett possibly missing this week and Anthony my other bench player, i may be forced to trade him out (havent had a 0 yet, and dont want to start now). Not sure for who yet tho.

I've got Beams and Zaharakis on the bench (altho with Gablett possibly sitting out next week one will have to play ).

Pretty sure I will be hanging onto him to get max value, already burnt 5 trades so trying to conserve for the long run!

Same boat as you Donkey, have Beams and Anthony on the bench and ablett in the middle. However, I will be keeping Beams and copping a zero this week hoping that Gaz is only out for the one.

IMO beams has got a bit left in him and copping a zero is better than wasting a trade.

Same boat as you Donkey, have Beams and Anthony on the bench and ablett in the middle. However, I will be keeping Beams and copping a zero this week hoping that Gaz is only out for the one.

IMO beams has got a bit left in him and copping a zero is better than wasting a trade.

Isn't the name of the game to SCORE POINTS? What is the point of scoring a zero when you can use a trade and get much much more???

Because in the context of the whole season I see a trade as more important than scoring one zero.

Is this your first year pal? as you are obviously one of those noobs that have no idea how valuable trades are, espescially considering the fact that there have been quite a large number of injuries this year so a lot of people would have already burnt a few too many trades.

Anyways, lets see how many other people consider my opinion to be "dumb"

Ablett, Bartel, Goodes, Rich, Ziebell, Otten (Beams, Robinson)

Was going to trade Rich out for keeper, but now will have to do Beams to keeper...and have

Bartel, Goodes, Keeper, Rich, Ziebell, Otten (Ablett, Robinson)

Would of preferred Rich to keeper and make another 70k off Beams.... I would normally cop a zero, but have Dawson and Hill making cash surprisingly...LOL

Nah its not a dumb idea mate (says the super coach who loves to trade LOL! ) Just one that will be giving you short term pain for long term gain I suppose.

I haven't made a decision yet, but I've got Beams, Ablett and Anthony. I'm thinking about trading Beams to Cockie, but I'll wait until Thursday or Friday before deciding.

Imagine trading Beams out and he scores 138 like Hill did this week.

Beams isn't likely to score 138 yet so I wouldn't worry about missing huge scores.

Hill is 1-better later and 2-playing in a team without many other names in the midfield.

Not saying he should be traded because of that as he' still got more cash to make. It depends on how long he's out and how many other players are out in your mids.
