If still alive in the next night phase N5, I think MBR will target me tonight, and not hit a vamp in doing so.

There's always a path when there is multi-lynch and the potential for mod-kills for not voting in Bill Shortened phases, and other crimes and misdemeanours.

It is, but in the OP it says they continue to kill in each Night Phase if the Head Vampire is dead, which is fairly standard in games with Vamps.
