BEaston's NBA Werewolf
Basic rules:
Roles will be randomly assigned and communicated via PM (except villagers). The village must identify and kill all players not aligned with the village before these players can kill enough villagers to satisfy their win condition.
Each day will consist of two phases:
Night phase (9:30pm – 9:30am AEST)
Players with night actions will nominate targets via PM during this phase. Actions can be placed in advance of the night phase. Nominations will not be accepted after deadline whether or not it has been announced in the thread. Each individual player within a faction must either nominate their own action, or make a post agreeing with the action for their role that has been previously posted by a teammate. This is to promote activity in the game, as well as make it fairer to action roles that do not belong to a faction.
Day phase (9:30am – 9:30pm AEST)
After the results of night actions have been announced all players will publicly vote to lynch a player during this phase. Votes will not be accepted after deadline whether or not it has been announced in the thread.
Voting:
All votes and change of votes must be bolded and have the myself tagged. If your vote is not bolded/tagged it will not be counted. You do not have to provide a reason for your vote for it to be valid. Multi lynch is allowed. There will always be a lynch each day phase.

DISCUSSING THE GAME
While the game is running players are not permitted to discuss the game anywhere but in this thread, the Dead PM or PM’s related to this game, if you have one. Posting screenshots and quoting PM’s are prohibited. Players caught breaching these rules will be modkilled without warning and denied entry to the Dead PM.
Deleting or editing your posts in the game at any time will result in a modkill
OTHER MOD-KILLABLE OFFENCES
Failing to nominate a night action on TWO separate Night phases
Failing to vote in TWO separate Day phases
DEAD PLAYERS
Players who are killed are permitted to post a farewell post provided that it does not impact the game (eg. “thanks for the game” or “good luck”). Dead players must leave the game immediately and are not permitted to post or like posts in the game thread or any PM they are a part of (except the Dead PM) until the end of the game.

Role List:
Scoundrels
Get a factional kill of the player of their choice each Night Phase, undertaken by the lowest ranking faction member.
- Bill Laimbeer (Godfather) - Night immune to kills; seers as a Villager; gets to seer a player of their choice each Night Phase
- Chris Paul (Role Blocker) - Can perform a roleblock on another player each night. Cannot be the same player in consecutive nights.
- Dennis Rodman (Manipulator) - Each night, can choose one person's vote to secretly manipulate during the following Day Phase.
- Draymond Green (Goon) - Assists with kills.
Villians

- Kyrie Irving (Alpha) - Night immune to kills; seers as a Villager; gets to seer a player of their choice each Night Phase
- Kevin Durant (Beta) - If Kyrie Irving dies, he takes his place as head of the Villains.
- Reggie Miller (Cub) - Once dead, the faction gets to carry out 2 kills in the following Night Phase.
- Trae Young (Wolf) - Assists with kills.
Neutral
- Michael Jordan (Serial Killer) - Night-immune; Seers as a Villager; Able to kill one player each night. If the person targeted is unsuccessful, they cannot target the same person in consecutive night phases.
Legends
- Steph Curry (True Seer) - Can seer a player of their choice each Night Phase; always gets the true result (except where noted in a role description); does not know if they are the true or false seer and cannot seer them self.
- JaVale McGee (False Seer) - Can seer a player of their choice each Night Phase; always gets a randomised false result; does not know if they are the true or false seer and cannot seer them self.
- Bill Russell (Mayor) - Their lynch vote counts as two votes during each Day Phase.
- Kareem Abdul Jabbar (Vigilante) - Gets to kill a player of their choice each Night Phase.
- Dirk Nowitzki (Doctor) - Chooses a player each Night Phase to protect (from kill actions only). Cannot protect the same target on consecutive nights.
- LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, Chris Bosh (Flogs) - Share a PM and have three one-off Night Phase actions: Kill, Protect (from kill actions only) and Seer.
- Vince Carter (Doppleganger) - Select one person at the start of the game. If/When that person dies, assumes their role and also their win condition. Seers as Villager until their role changes.
- Udonis Haslem (Zombie) - Upon death will be reanimated and brought back to life as a random role that has already died (and assumes their wincon). The player will not know they are the zombie until reanimated and they are advised of their new role. Seers as Villager until their role changes. The village will be notified when the zombie is reanimated.
Larry O'Brien Trophy (Amulet) - The Larry O'Brien Trophy protects from all night and following day actions, will be randomly handed out at the start of the game and must be passed on by the end of the next day phase or will be randomly assigned. This item can only be passed within a faction once. The Larry O'Brien Trophy will explode at a random time during the game, vanishing and killing whoever holds it at the time.
