They probably won’t all make it, but Caddy, Kako, Roberts, Clarke, McMahon, Nguyen, May, Lual, Johnson and Visentini all have to the potential to be long-term contributors.

Caddy should make it, and Kako looks likely. Cant build a quality side with the rest of these names. They will be solid at best IMO

Has a really good step on him for a guy his size. But also lacks any kind of core strength despite his frame. He doesn't really make any sense

I don't understand when, straight after the loss, Essendon players (Redman, Mcgrath etc) are just happy and smiling. Even if you lose a suburban footy match you're at least devastated for a few minutes.

Not sure this is high on our problem list. Not as though they or the team as a whole played like they didn't care.
Effort and intensity were everything you could ask for, it's just the failings of disposal skill and decision making that keep costing us. Hopefully the younger blokes improve in those areas with experience. The worry is the experienced guys who keep making the same errors.
