Simple question.

What time do you go to bed on a standard night at home?

For me, it's usually just before midnight. Give or take half an hour or so.

It's past your bedtime mate.

Can't sleep before 12am. Everytime I've done it, I've woken up at 12-1am. Went to bed a week ago at 12am, woke up at 5.30am, and what happens is I just stay up for a few hours, then end up waking up at 10-12.

Going to bed at 1am is pretty good for me. Usually it's around 3am.

10:45-11am. Usually go to sleep at 11:30.

Alarm goes at 6am, or whenever my son starts crying (could be as early as 4:30am)

If only we didn't need to sleep, I would stay up playing games, watch a movie etc until it was time to go to work.
