Varies, I do make an effort to be in bed by 11PM. But might watch a TV episode or two to drift off to, always something I've seen before like an early Simpsons or Seinfeld episode

Not really before midnight anymore, it used to be 11:30ish but it's creeping later

Sometimes 1-2 if I'm relaxed

i remember uni days long ago. listening to late night with tony (delroy) on melbourne ABC 3LO. great times through to and after midnight. eventually fell asleep around 2 and by that stage it was with 3LO or BBC world service radio.

nowadays id love to sleep at 8.30/9pm. but it aint happening

When I was at Uni it was usually about 12am in winter and 3am in Summer (soccer games **** up my body clock)
Now I have a job I try to go to bed around 10-10:30 so I can get up at the crack of dawn :(

Yeah watching late night EPL tends to **** up my sleep cycle, although I won't watch games that are on at 3am.

If I have no work the next day then I'm up until 1 or 2am. If I have work then it's bed time between 10:30pm-11:30pm to be up at 6:30am.

And, never hit snooze on my alarm.

Same here, I have a quick 3-5min check of twitter for any news / sports scores I've missed whilst sleeping then straight into the shower. I don't see the point of "snoozing" when you can just set your alarm for when you actually have to get up.

Yep, sleeping without a snooze is so much better than being woken up every 5-10 minutes.
