Box Hill overan Werribee with the wind when Werribee failed to make full use of it in the third quarter. Only saw it from start of second quarter. Poor game, a few experience werribee players back(Robertson, Setchell, Mitchell, Smith, etc) . No fluency.

Player Assessment
Boyd - heaps of poise at this level. Best Werribee player Not sure if he can make or the club will lhim take next step.
Cross - works well with Boyd. Better than 2 weeks back but still not up to first team level
Walsh - This kid is very raw, cotton wool til next year or later in year. Long way to go.
Bowden - took a few nice marks and kicked a couple but then went back into his shell. 2nd efforts terrible as always.
Bruton - might of won most of the taps but no influence around the ground. Misread wind a number of times. Wight looks a better prospect.
Colbert -looking heaps better. Good size wingmen, some nice kicks.
Faulkner - looks exciting, a few more kgs and can easily play him FP in seniors
Harris - Control the defence, should dominated at this level and did. Taken off late in game to prepare for seniors??
Wight - very skinny but has the skills and now needs time.
McGuiness - poor game by his standards. On the backline and gave away the ball stupidlly
Murphy - Wing , didn't notice a lot. On/off bench

No Minson

He was on and off cause he kept on getting a blood nose. It happened in the first few minutes of the game so yeah it kept on bleeding, and didnt really get into the game.

Good read Chops.

These are my notes.
Harris strong marks/spoils - good decision maker
Bowden struggled for consistency but did not nice things
Faulkner moved well and really made a contest when the ball hit the ground. Good defensive skills for a forward
Walsh quiet, long term project
Bruton was OK
McGuinness was like Bowden but made some errors
Colbert good mover and has put on a few kg
Murphy no impact
Wight mainly played as a defender and filled in for Bruton. Was pleased with his ground level ability
Cross stood back from the contests and was content to be a receiver. At times appeared distracted
Boyd was the BOG for the Bees. Moved well and did not shy away from any physical contest.
