Each week teams of the SFA show up to partake in banter, meet up with teammates and participate in threads to keep the league going.

The variables such as the weather conditions make results unpredictable be it sunny, rainy, cloudy or humid but the one subject that is constant is the qooty.

I am sure we all remember our first match of qooty, the first possession and first win.

We then realise that within all the fantasy that we have to return to real life whether it be study, work or a family situation but our escape is the qooty.
This great game shapes our mood for the upcoming week by how we and our team performed.

We do this for fun each week but the build up for 7 days and result is what keeps us going but it also has similarities to day to day life, routine, hard work and discipline.

Like real life with qooty you need to put in the time to get the enjoyment out of the experience and there are rewards.

One of the best things about qooty is the team environment. You spend the season getting to know the people you play alongside, their personality, quirks and routines and embrace it.

How you experience qooty is entirely up to the poster but one thing is for certain is that the qooty shapes our mood each week.

Totally agree Pugsley - ever since I’ve been immersed in the mighty Spotswood culture and bathing in that winning‑team aura, I’ve been walking around smugger than a cat that just discovered a sunbeam and a fresh bowl of cream. Honestly, I’m surprised my head still fits through my house doorways.

Wait, people care about the results???

Something they have no direct control over actually controls their lives? Just ... wow.

With the season edging closer, I feel not enough players are tantric with the qooty.
I find it hard to be one with the qooty when it makes me look so bad every week. lol.

It seems to fall into my hands whilst I try to bite opponents.
Is that what I am doing wrong? I do have quite large teeth.
