It's definitely exciting - in my mind having both Ben and Max in the forward line a few years from now with bigger 'adult' bodies, multiple years in the system.. surely any time the ball is kicked inside 50 either one of them is clunking & goaling. A nightmare for any teams backline.
Won't be easy to get him over as we know - Suns won't wanna lose their key forward without some serious serious compensation.

Excited to see how the club goes about it / what sort of planning they have regarding the situation however.
 
Here’s another theory: when the AFL offered Bing that extra $150k pa after his first year ($450k in toto), and extended his contract by two years at an extra $250k pa ($500k in toto) Bing insisted on an exit clause.
The $’s is why Satan told his father that Bing had to take that deal.
The exit clause is why Lethlean is called Satan.

I sort of agree with this in theory but I’m not sure that’s Billings. He had a total of 1 inside 50 vs Geelong, and averages 3 a game this year.

they will want one to be top 10 Atleast surely. That’s a hell of a lot of currency to find and trade for ANY club.

there also has to be a reason why we are continually linked in the media and why the club haven’t conceded landing him. You would think it’s footy worst kept secret with the way it’s played out currently.

Well one king kicked 1.5 and the other kicked 1.3.

You draft one or you move Clark into a pure midfield role.

I don’t know why plugger’s so worried about losing Billings. Why do you think we have been playing battle on the wing? ;)

I (very briefly, I must admit) called for Max to be dropped after the Cats game. 🙄
It was exactly 5 minutes after the game and I did reconsider almost immediately though.

I reckon if the Suns start drafting other forwards it may be telling. All may be revealed at the ND.

the Kings look like match winners on any given week. You roll that dice on talls like that.

The danger is not finding 1 first from our current players. Our current draft capital is thin.

so if you take out 2 consecutive firsts (21/22 or 22/23) your effectively adding no top end youth.

Ross has been our best player all year twice.
Taranto will be our best player.

Anyway, Steele, Doogs, Crouch and Clark have been better than Billings
