Will be interesting to see what happens after next year. Can't fit all of King, Read, Walter and JUH in the same forward line, even if Read is looking like he may find his way to the wing.

Potentially the reason we took a punt on Jamara was due to the likelihood of King leaving. The club would be hoping Walter develops into a starting key forward this season.

Not saying Ben will not leave. I have no idea. But a lot of teams are interested not just Collingwood if rumours are true. Collingwood would be an odd choice, IMO.

FWIW, I expect one of King/Walter to leave especially is JUH makes it. My bet would be on Walter.

Nah, IMO, Collingwood have some key players bloody old. They will start struggling in next 2 years as more clubs push upwards - Hawks, Crows, Suns, Freo, even Saints. Swans will be right back. GWS is good team, Cats are perennial finalist, they regenerated nicely. Lions list is a juggernaut.

No idea what will Ben do. He is happy on GC but Suns have too many talls, IMO. He would be silly to leave but who knows, Suns may prefer Walter's potential?

Essendon is interested. I am pretty sure other clubs too like Melbourne. Saints always dreamt of re-uniting brothers.

I forgot Cats who I bet would not mind Ben to replace Cameron eventually as they were interested in Curnow.

Essendon will be way better than people predict. They were decimated. Before injuries they were around play off. If healthy their list is not bad and has potential. I am not sold on their coach. Who knows they may offer crazy money similar to what Saints did with TDK.

Essendon are fairly cooked for at least another 2-3 years IMO. Going to take some time to wash the stench of Dodoro off their list but Rosa's at least made a good start.
