Cream cheese pleaseDepends.
Can be needed if the cake is dry. Can also be needed, in MODERATION, to compliment something like a carrot cake.
But on the whole it does make cake too sweet.
If only the rest of the club was as good as the membership department because it seems to be the only part working properly. And people criticise the membership dept. They do a great job.
So this truck delivers discipline nice
Essendon man."The club has such a strong and successful history and this is something that sets us apart from other clubs. It is critical that our players, coaches and staff understand who has walked before us, and their contribution to the club," Rutten said
It would be helpful if this sort of story wasn’t released during membership season of course, but it’s certainly an unexpected move.Fingers crossed it's not another false dawn pr stunt. It feels different to me though
Seems to be directly addressing what many of us think is a problem - players appearing to not care enough about playing for the club.I know we live in a world of pr and spin and carefully manicured photo ops and focus group based initiatives... But, having began with that pretext I do actually think this incarnation of a coach is actually trying to change culture from the ground up.
I know most hate going back to Sheedy but it's what he did, took charge of a middling club, shook it up, changed the culture, made them professional, made it a joint to be proud of. In a few years they went from joke to feared. He started by stripping the list, brought in his type of player, drove standards, even painted the rooms. Nothing superficial, every change calculated to the Sheedy manifesto.
We have had coaches since who said lots of words but changed nothing.
I think truck might be different, he's began a list strip, out with that flakes, he's driving new standards, looks to be changing things at ground level (even to the point of players entry points, training facilities)
I feel like this is the revolution we have been wanting and needing.

Damn - focus group based box tickSeems to be directly addressing what many of us think is a problem - players appearing to not care enough about playing for the club.
I like to think it’s clear to Truck that the players don’t bleed for the club the way they should and he’s rolled up his sleeves to try to do something about it. I am an optimist though...Damn - focus group based box tick
Bit of a dogs breakfast on an article really.![]()

“I do know that three of those players that left, two of them would have stayed if John Worsfold was still coach."www.zerohanger.com
Apparently two out of three of the players who left wouldn't have if Woosha was still coaching. Because they don't like not being coddled anymore I wonder...?
“I went through their list last night and I’m just amazed this side has not played regular finals over the last couple of years.
I don't know Glen. Did you think maybe these two things might be related somehow?“Their senior players are really strong, they have been struggling with a few injuries.
He's full of sh*t.![]()

Doesn’t make a lot of sense considering both Daniher and Fantasia already had one foot out the door the year prior.![]()

Reads like he's trying to pass the blame from his mate for the last few years and when(if) it goes to sh*t this year It's coz we didn't stand by Woosha.Doesn’t make a lot of sense considering both Daniher and Fantasia already had one foot out the door the year prior.
That only leaves Saad which is perfectly believable considering the earlier reports of him not wanting to play as a lockdown.
That said the article just feels like an excuse to have a crack at us, his source sounds like it might as well have been Saad’s second cousins best mates girlfriends uncle.
Glen's been conked in the head a few too many times I think.![]()
