But seriously, what the hell is going on at Bendigo?

Daniher, Nash, Atkinson, Myers, Reimers, Prismall, Lucas and Laycock and we still don't get anywhere near this side? I just can't make sense of it...

Anywho, Prismall getting 30 touches in a side that only scored 3 goals is a very pleasing statistic.

There's a player averaging over 30 touches a game and a goal a game in the Bendigo ressies yet can't get a run in the 1's.
 
not sure if theres anything wrong or not, but a number 6 pick like Myers should be getting in the best every week in the twos. maybe im just caught up in the fact that he's a high draft pick.
but still, i see what you mean about blokes who should be pressing for senior selection, but are not even getting the job done at reserves level

Certainly not living up to the hype placed on him by some members of this forum. Hopefully he is not another name added to the list of the pick 6 curse. He does look like he could break the lines and provide rebound off half back, but his agility or lack thereof is a real worry. It absolutely does my head in that he could was taken ahead of Rioli. Anyone remember the interview he gave back in about 2001? Pretty sure he wanted to be a bomber.:mad::mad::mad:
 
Windy Hill 2pm Monday June 8th (Bombers v Box Hill)

Just a quick reminder.

If you find yourself at a loose end on the Monday public holiday, the VFL game between our Bendigo Bombers and the Box Hill Hawks will be played at WINDY HILL.

This game WAS scheduled at Bendigo, but due to ground conditions, the game is NOW back in Essendon.

Bounce-Down at 2pm - Sorry, no radio coverage.

Bendigo: 16
Box hill: 58

Welsh getting a bit of the ball, tackling well. Jetta MIA. Not much else to report. It's a wet and miserable day out here.

Ps. Bock is doing okay at bounces, but is losing every one on one stoppage. He's not physically ready.

okay at stoppages, but regularly finds himself stuck in no mans land. Darcy has done alright in defence given the amount of ball coming in. Has shifted forward now
