Wouldn’t be worried. Gisborne have re-signed basically every senior and under-17 and senior netballer from last year bar one A-grader (who’ll likely be back) and the odd pregnancy.
Their 17s had a lot of bottom agers last year.
Competition is pretty fierce for spots, especially bringing in some top level recruits.

I'm certainly not worried, couldn't care less I just thought something seemed odd - but if there's no spots available for them at Gisborne then they'll have to try find a gig wherever there might be a few spots.

With the recent signing of younger blokes around the area it will be interesting to see if Sandhurst get raided.
3 teams in the grand final for the second year in a row.
U18’s back to back premiers be interesting to see how much senior exposure they get in the next year or two.

Got some decent talent coming up from 18’s but they will need to recruit from outside their club to sharpen up their onball division. Got shown up after half time in grand final and without Tardrew will lack some real firepower.

They badly need a ruckman. Had guys who battled hard but the likes of Crisp, Lobb and Blake (before injured) completely dominated them. Schmetzer rucked in the grand final but a much better and more dangerous player with his marking if left to roam around the forward line. I would say getting so badly beaten in centre clearances, especially in the 2nd half, cost them the grand final.

As I hear it a lot of the commitments Gisborne has from football and netball are not going to be concrete until they know where they will be playing

I’ve always thought if Heathcote were serious and had more success in recent years that they should be in the Bendigo league
