Agree, it's a bad look (unless we win on the weekend which is almost impossible) after a terrible performance.
They are normal people that have free time like the rest of us (or at least a more enjoyable recovery session). Let them have some fun
24 Brisbane Lions Players Injured While Trying To Make Up For Bad Losses At Training
The Brisbane Lions have today lost most of their remaining list due to playing in-season intra-club game in an attempt to reverse their recent form.
With most of the remaining players under an injury cloud due to suffering minor injuries during the season, the coaching department decided to force players into another game on Monday afternoon at Coorparoo. The results were less than ideal, causing the team to consider using top-up players from the NEAFL in next week's encounter at Adelaide Oval.

Yes they should be sent to dig coal out of the ground for a week.
I mean seriously if we want them all to piss off then let's "punish" then rather than trying to mix things up up and lighten the mood. I am sure they are in no doubt that they aren't performing, or are we taking a Pavlov's dog approach and only reward them when they "do good"

The trip to Wet'n Wild could have been planned months ago FFS. They have their days that are set for training. They aren't going to train an extra few days because we copped a flogging on the weekend.
Sending them all to a Brisbane Lions mouth guard convention is probably a better and more enjoyable use of the clubs time. Then the club doctor can just prescribe them all the "A Clockwork Orange" style behaviour modification technique so they all become cured of homesickness.

Fans were going to vent at the club all week irrespective of what we did. The Wet n Wild thing isn't a great look but it hardly changes much.
