I would love to get this guy. He is the outside player we are needing. Skillful, racks up the pill and has kicked 10 goals in the last two games playing off the wing. Absolute freak who has already played senior footy.

Darling is not doing a whole lot...took 9 marks today but the side kicked 151 and he didn't boot a goal. I think he is definitley going to drop out of the top three who will be Bennell, Swallow and Day unless GC pull something strange...

Shattering because I think the top 3 are a fair way above the rest.

I had a look at the Bennell picture

He has some muscles which is impressive.

In the AFL he will need to muscle up you would imagine.

For me if you throw in Darling you have a clear top 4.

Some of the others are a bit short for mine at face value but they can still be champions obviously

I'm worrying about this too. We need someone to shoot up the order. Like Parker or Cook because I'm worried that Gaff just isn't going to be a influential player.

I was concerned about his game last year but it appears he hasn't improved much, Reminds me of a Stanton/Gysberts racks it up but with little effect on the game.

Parker may be our best option but then we may end up with an abundance or inside mids.

Our only hope is that one of Bennell or Day stuff up the interviews because I know Clayton places a premium on players having "good character".

It's so frustrating what GC have done to this draft because Toy (and Weller almost) was a top 5 certainty.

In the end though after last years draft I have full faith in Jackson and our recruiting team and I'm sure we'll take full advantage of our draft position.

I really like this kid atm and would just aout offer the gold coast pick 4 + pick 27 For Pick 3 Providing they take Day with pick 2. To get 10 goals and like 50+ possies in 2 matches is amazing.
If not id be happy to settle with Parker

Sam Day for me - pure and simple best player in the draft. Big CHF or CHB, and pure class and grunt, a beast of a kid with agility.
Bennell will go pick 2, Swollow is number 1.
I do agree that if we wanted a midfielder Bennell would suit exactly what we need.
