3. Peter Bell
4. James Hird
5. Wayne Carey
6. Robert Harvey
7. Scott Camporeale
8. Mark Mercuri

Grendel...

On this year's form.

Carey slightly lower...

O'Loughlin I wouldn't have in it.
Nor Farmer.

I think Peter Bell and Brent Harvey could slot in ahead of them, and maybe even Whitnall...

On THIS years form, Kouta is number 1 obviously.

But we're not talking about this years form are we ? We're just talking about who the most talented player is.

When he is fit, and firing, James Hird is the best player in the comp. He has more time than any other player to do what he wants, he can play every position on the ground, he plays small and tall, he wins the hard ball, and he moves as gracefully as any player has in the games history.

James is the AFL's best player. But Kouta had the best year in 2000. The other players in the top 10 are so subjective that it is impossible to list them accuratley.

So, I'm going to wuss out.

Great JUBJUB is registered and here to stay. NOOOOOOOOOOOO........

Sorry JUBJUB!! Someone said the exact same thing to me when I registered. I still don't know why.......

1. W.Carey
2. J.Hird
3. N.Buckley
4. A.McLeod
5. M.Voss
6. A.Koutoufides
7. S.West
8. P.Everitt
9. P.Bell
10. M.Allan

Apologies to a host of players who i can't be bothered naming or have simply forgot.

Anyone that doesn't believe Carey is the best overall (not for season 2000 i agree) needs their head read....urgently. His ability not only to win games off his own boot (see 1992-2000), captain magnificently (re: 1993-2000), be totally dominant (1992-2000) and play with significant injuries (1994 finals series, 1999-2000) is remarkable.
