I'm not putting either (MacDonald or Soligo) in my top 10 list at this point in time, IMO Ward is ahead of both.

However MacDonald stacks up well with Soligo, whilst playing exclusively on the HFF at this point in his career. Both are going to become quality players.

Assume it's under 21 as of now, which would rule him out. Otherwise he would be #2.
