Emg: Broomhead, Blair, Goldsack
Useful depth: Witts(maybe), Toovey, White, Freeman, Seedsman, Oxley, Macaffer,

Broomhead should play most weeks, given someone will usually be out with injury.

So that's:
- Treloar in for R1 2015 pick plus R2 pick (from Kennedy back to SA)
- Aish in for R1 2016 pick or combo of lower picks plus Seedsman and/or Oxley.

That leaves us with our R2 picks intact for both 2015 and 2016. Plus if we get a good enough offer for Witts, would take it to get us into the draft to take another KPF.

Frost to be promoted permanently. If Witts is traded, Cox to be promoted as well.

I'm going to try something else and order players by seasoned proven performers, ability and importance to structures (which explains why I put Grundy at 7), as long as they are fit and get continuity into their game they usually fulfill their potential. Look at how awesome Fas has been the last 8 weeks, the only forward who has been consistently influential out of all the horror games vs Elliott who has had niggles throughout the year and has interrupted his form and been just shy of his absolute best, which I consider Elliott's best to be better than Fas. Even though Elliott has done the occasional awesome to watch acts, he is trying too much too often rather than focusing on being responsible while in the moment, I want cool calm Elliott 100% of the time and we may just have a guy better than Cyril and Wingard.

I'm also going to assume everyone is 100% fit.

This is my opinion as it stands right now.

1. Cloke
2. Pendlebury
3. Swan
4. Brown
5. Sidebottom
6. Reid
7. Grundy
8. Elliott
9. Macaffer
10. Williams
11. Toovey
12. Varcoe
13. Adams
14. Fasolo
15. Crisp
16. Frost
17. Langdon
18. Moore
19. Sinclair
20. Goldsack (give him a chance, he deserves it, his form was great early in the year, deteriorated due to knee tendinitis)
21. Broomhead
22. De Goey
23. Greenwood (dunno where to put him, haven't seen enough)

Special mentions

Marsh - wow, he's exciting and a breath of fresh air in defense. Want to see more of him and my 22 for 2016 may well have him move in after these last 3 weeks.

Blair - Been awesome since finding form in the 2's.

Scharenberg & Maynard - Potential to both be great.

Unluckiest but I believe he will become a force.

Witts - If both Moore and Grundy are fit, then they should always be in, RIGHT NOW.

But Witts has the potential to be an AA ruckman, trouble is so does Grundy and the slight extra speed of Grundy has me preferring that over Witts extra strength for now.
I do see the giant that is Witts to be a very late bloomer, needs 3 more seasons until his body is capable of consistently dominating using his size.

And finally White.

He has been the most disappointing recruit I can think of in recent times, his inconsistent kicking lets him down and he doesn't do enough around the ground to counter this.
If he can turn that around then I have him on the borderline of 22, but Moore has already shown greatness White has never produced.
White is our best spare parts replacement for Cloke so he stays on the list for now.

Who we trading?
Dwyer and young seem like safe bets to be delisted as does patty k even if I'd keep him personally. Seedsman and Oxley have been bought up as trade bait so we'll say those two.

C. Toovey Freeman Macaffer
HF. Karnezis White (c) Goldsack
F. Dwyer Gault Blair
R. Witts Scharenberg Kennedy
I. Adams Oxley Armstrong the Fasolo
Needs more Armstrong. I know he's named on the bench, but there needs to be another one. Bring Quinten Lynch and Jordan Russell back.

Assuming we've got a full side to choose from:

B- Langdon, Brown , Williams
HB- Maynard, Frost, Scharenberg
C - Aish , Adams , Sidebottom
HF - Swan, Reid , Varcoe
F - Fasolo, Cloke , Elliott
R - Grundy, Pendlebury, Treloar
INT- Crisp, Greenwood, Marsh, De Goey
EMERG- Blair, Moore, Broomhead

As our side is building, it's fine putting together a best 22 etc
But what I'm sure the powers to be are trying to do is place as many elite or close to elite players into the side and or develop our players to that level. Tricky.

Looking to up elite or close to elite ( or who are super good players), who are these currently
Pendlebury, Swan and Cloke
All things being well in the future it may be Moore, De Goey, Scharenberg, Freeman
And some may surprise and get there. Plus Treloar if he gets to the Holden Centre.

Close to this group existing maybe elite runner Sudebottom, Reid if fit and maybe in future Maynard Langdon etc
It's hard to tell.

That's it quite simply building a better team, getting better players, moving out the weaker ones replacing or developing better to elite players.

Hard part is most sides are doing that so we have to end up top of 18 clubs.

The list above is only an indication who knows the future

In the spirit of Thatsgold's team, my projection for our team, 2016.
B: H.Shaw Reid Williams
HB: Hodge, Rance, Birchall
C: Dangerfield Fyfe Lewis
HF: Gray Roughead Rioli
F: Wingard Kennedy Cameron
Foll: Goldstein Hannebury Abblett
Int: Wines Brayshaw Cotchin Pendlebury

Now, we'll need a few things to go right in the off season, but i think this is a team that could get us into the top 4, assuming we dump Buckley and get Clarkson in.

Ok list I guess. Clarkson probably not good enough though, will need a time traveling Malthouse from 2010 as assistant.
