On a more serious note, I’m sure there’s a reliable forward pocket somewhere?

I’m not sure who would be my best 22 for finals. All I’m sure of is that Grimes, Astbury, Vlaustin, Nankervis, Cotchin, Prestia, Martin, Riewoldt, Graham, Rioli, Stack, Lynch and George are in it.

Also Houli and Sheds.

Can’t believe I forgot those two!

* If Rance can get a couple of games in and is given the ok then YES but not sure who gets dropped... and
* Pickett only if he shows something in the 1s in the last 2 games (we're talking 6 brownlow votes)

Soldo - no way unless Nank is injured
Chol possibly - not sure about the 2nd ruckman but no way they play Nank AND Soldo. Possibly Kmac as ruck #2. Don't like the idea of Lynch rucking at all!
Butler - not playing well enough
Short - will need to improve else may not cut it
Baker - stiff

I'll need to revisit this probably a few more times b4 the finals start

Good problem for our selectors to have.
One thing we can't afford is to have Nank as solo ruck using Jack/Lunch to chopout.
Need to keep Chol in the team for this reason.

i reckon i like players like McIntosh Caddy because they give us some genuine size hardness despite their failings.its why i also like Ross Pickett Cotchin Martin Vlastuin in the team with them. All bigger bodied and harder mediums instead of too many in some cases soft smalls. It gives a better balance between smalls and med/talls without losing run and speed.I just feel it makes for a better overall balance.

Just like the WCE forward line setup...
