It is very hard to pick the best 22 in our current squad. With Libba and Smith not available. I expect everyone else to be available apart from Toby Mclean & Koby Stevens due to match fitness.

B: Morris Fletcher-Roberts Hamling

HB: Johannisen Wood M.Boyd

C: Murphy Wallis Picken

HF: Dahlhaus Redpath Dickson

FF: Stringer T.Boyd Crameri

R: Minson
R/R: Bontempelli
R: Macrae

Inter:
Roughead
Hunter
Grant

(SUB) - C.Daniel

Emergency:

Webb
Campbell/Talia
Honeychurch/Mclean/Dale/Hrovat/Stevens/Jong /Biggs (Pretty decent depth)

Was about to say that McLean shouldn't be an option either since he's out for the year. Or did we say that he was out for the season before it looked like we might make finals and did we change our tune?

Given all the relevant injury circumstances etc I agree with the above. Minson or Campbell though?

Not convinced that Toyd is in our best 22 at the moment and he needs to improve his work rate before he gets selected. That said I'd be playing Roughead/Campbell as a ruck duo with Rough resting back and Campbell resting forward

We're still only around a 65% chance to make finals with a few under-rated teams ahead of us so maybe the % is lower.

I'll revisit this thread when/if we make it.

That would just about be the tallest we have gone in all year with Fletcher Roberts / Morris / Hamling / Minson / Redpath / Toyd / Roughead and then Crameri and Stringer as medium Fwds, seems unlikely we would go that tall in a final. Expect one or two of those to be swapped for runners.

Think our best forward line is something like the following:

HF: Stringer Crameri Hunter/Grant
FF: Honey/Dahl Redpath/Boyd Dickson

Honey and Dahl are our two best pressure small forwards. We look better at the moment with only one of Toyd/Redpath at the moment, when they both build more of a tank that will change. Rotate guys like Bonts, Wally, Murph etc through and keep it changing constantly throughout a game.

Wood - Roberts - Morris
Boyd - Hamling - Murphy
Macrae - Picken - JJ
Dahl - Redpath - Crameri
Stringer - Boyd - Dickson
Roughead - Wallis - Bonts

Hunter - Honey - Daniel - Jong

Boyd to chop out for Roughead. Honey in for his pressure, Jong in if he can replicate his early season form in the next few weeks. McLean and Stevens walk in if fully fit.

Agree with Mike. Toyd is not in our best 22 yet..

B: Roughead Morris Boyd
HB: Wood Hamling Murphy
C: JJ Wallis Macrae
HF: Dickson Stringer Dahlhaus
FF: Daniel Redpath Crameri
RUC: Campbell Bontempelli Picken

INT: Daniel Hunter Grant Biggs

EMG from: Dale Jong Roberts & T.Boyd

Only two changes from Sunday's team - Prudden out for Hamling and Rough in for Dale. Roberts unlucky but with no Toyd Roughead plays back and ruck. Jong in for Biggs if he hits form.
