I’ve found Turkish Airlines and Oman Airlines have the best food and I’d go as far as saying Oman has close to the best business class fullstop closely followed by Virgin. I used to love Etihad and Emirates but both have dropped the ball in the last few years. My banned list consists of Jetstar and I’ll also not fly Qantas unless it’s absolutely necessary
Have noticed Emirates business has been slipping in terms of standard and benefits. We have a trip to Europe in a few weeks time with them and if things have slipped further we would consider our options going forward. Booked as an award flight so that’s one positiveBest:
Emirates - service and amenities are top-class, business class is a whole different level
Finnair - aesthetic, spacious, comfortable design
Worst:
Vueling - foruntate enough not to have experienced terrible airlines so this isn't really a knock on them, just minimal leg space
Best Airline
Virgin.
Helpful and informative
Worst
Jetstar
Terrible customer service. Provided no updates.

Haha. Was at the time travelling domestic so was at the forefront of my mind. You sound like a seasoned traveller
I'd rather fly Tiger than fly Air France.
Give me Air France any day.
Charles De Gaulle airport is one of the worst airports in the world though.
Every time I've flown with Air France, I feel like the pilot is flying a rock through space. Some of the landings have been truly bone jarring and frightening.Give me Air France any day.

Once again, give me a sweat shop slave labour kid over a French pilot any day of the week.
At least it doesn't fall out of the sky through sheer idiodicy and poor training. If you're panning Air France due to their safety record Tiger Airways is probably the worst Australian airline to compare it with. Horrible safety record.
How long ago was the RJ flights and on what type of aircraft?Best: Qatar
Worst: Royal Jordanian or Air Asia. I remember Air Asia was just ******* terrible, tiny, hard seats, had 2x tickets connecting at KUL and wouldn't put my bags through (which is kinda standard, but had a 10 hour stop in KUL with all my luggage). Royal Jordanian at least tried to be serivceable but their planes were just ridiculously old and dusty. Food was gross too.
