For team balance I think we can only have one of Talia & Rutten.

B: Hart, Talia, Johncock
HB: McLeod, Bock, Smart
Would you select Johncock over Bickley and Bocl over Bassett?

Bock at his prime was very good but moved to GC and then hand a host of injury problems.

Absolutely.

Bock was an All Australian & best CHB in his prime.

Bassett's best was as a 3rd tall, but behind Smart & Hart who were multi-All Australians.

Bickley unlucky, but Johncock more dynamic.

That forward line is unbeatable hard to not select bruest but alot of other flankers missing out, Hudson Knights Gunston maybe I would select Breust just on his ground ball abilities!

Leaving out McGovern is a big call.
Yeah, look, if I was genuinely making a composite side, would replace Hart with Wirrpanda, drop Brennan, move McIntosh to fullback and add McGovern. Just making the point the Eagles had an almost all-time backline all playing together. As it is, not sure there’s a better half-back line than McKenna, Jakovich and Worsfold.

Don't know that KH played back enough to truly qualify, and we've certainly had better than Doc off the HBF.
Mr Hunter played more half back than anywhere else.
Be interested in your selection to replace Doc ?
