Now this is a big challenge for most Australians when they visit London. Finding a decent cup of coffee!
Here's a brief list of fairly well known shops in & around central London.
1. Flat White - run by kiwis ultimate coffee perfection and latte art but not a huge fan of their monmouth coffee blend lacks a bit of sweetness.
2. Talyor Street Baristas - near perfect coffee at small shop in shepherds bush now temporarily closed another one out west in Richmond is pretty good as well but a bit far.
3. Sacred Cafe - also run by kiwis generally pretty good but depends on the barista I've had some nasty surprises on occasions.
4. Climpson & sons - still gotta try
Italian style coffee:
1. Carluccios - serve "Milano" smooth blend & "Napoli" dark roast, not a huge fan of their latte & cappuccinos (too hot & milky) but love a machiatto every now & then.
Starbucks, Costa, Leon all suck b****
Anymore suggestions from any Aussies in London?
