Pretty much every club sings 'We love you <team name>, we do. It comes from song We love you, Conrad from the 1957 musical Bye Bye Birdie.

Songs like Oh Teddy, Teddy. Teddy, Teddy, Teddy Sheringham (see also Jimmy Anderson) come from Son of my Father, originally written by Giorgio Moroder but made popular by Chicory Tip.
