I remember Campbell Brown once spoke about the fitness and conditioning department at the Suns being a thoroughfare, where there was no stability or methodology that was carried through for more than 12 months. Said it made it very hard for players to get themselves right or to have much confidence in what was going on.

I never rated him until those premierships. Thought he was an undersized turnover merchant with no unique qualities. Then he showed up time and time again in big games for the Tigers and I realised i'd been selling him short. Shame he never gets a proper run at it injury free.
