Best Full- Back in the EDFL?

Who would you nominate for this title? And not only that but who are a few of the better players whom have made this position their own in the EDFL, and what type of defender are they? i.e compare them to a current AFL backman in terms of the way they go about styfulling the 'stud' full- forwards of the competition.

Brad Clifton - Keilor. Doesnt get beaten. Has several players in the edfl who are his bitch. Ask Harvey or Hakim, they cant get a kick against this bloke.

i agree Barling is tough to beat at full back.

Agree that Little is a freak and being from Abers that pains me to say that. The no.14 for Keilor has been a great defender for a long time now, always forget his name. Greenvale have a number of gun defenders. For Abers, when fit and firing Houli is awesome. He played on Garth from Keilor earlier in year when Abers got flogged by 90-odd points...one of the best contests I've seen, I'm sure Keilor people will agree.

i think all of the players mentioned above have their merits, but everyone seems to be forgetting TK from Greenvale.. Always quick enough to get a fist in and does have the courage to leave his post and take the game on, even though sometimes disposal by foot may bring him undone.. this also helps with destructuring the opp's forwards.. having said that Barling does a more "trailer" role, always contesting and rarely bags kicked on him but maybe not as damaging the other way.. thoughts?

let me throw up steve vernon from oak park been around an age and has played on every gun forward in the league for the last decade, his resume is just as impressive as any of the above named aswell probably more so

You'd hope he'd be good, given he is still young and has played in the VFL and SANFL over the past 4-5 years.

agree 100%, may not be as damaging going the other way as some due to being an unreliable kick but imo best stopper in the league.
