Sometimes a great trailer can make a game sell bucketloads, or at the very least create anticipation to make people clamour for more.

Some are fantastic at selling an experience that isn't there.

Dead Island is king here.

New engine, ship battles and gunpowder warfare.

Ends up being a glitch and buggy son of a bitch, so disappointing.

Assassin's Creed has always had great CGI trailers for E3, peaking at Brotherhood (but Revelations was still great too - probably the best song).

Only a few weeks away from the 4th being added too.
