I have tons of songs which pump me up and I go absolutely nuts too...

The best for mine would be 'Place your hands' - Reef.

The best bit about Soulfly and Sepultura is it actually is about something...most of their songs are very politically based and anti-war and anti-government...like rage against the machine.

Don't get me wrong here...because Betterman is in my top 10 fav songs, and PJ are my fav all time band, but how can you 'rock out' to Betterman?

I thought it's more of a sorrowing and relaxing song then a 'let loose' song. But i must say, the live versions when the crowd sings along send shivers down my spine...
