I'm not going to say or suggest anything here, what albums that are no longer in circulation, no longer in print, that are screaming out for a Re-issue? It will be interesting to see what people will suggest here. Give some reasons why. Alot of albums in this catagory are flogged of at absurd prices on your e-bays around the world everyday, having them in print is only benefiting the artists and the fans not to mention to greedy record companies who are fools not to re-issue some of the albums that are screaming out for re-issuing.

Starsailor - Tim Buckley
Lick My Decals Off, Baby - Captain Beefheart and the Magic Band
Sheet Music - 10CC

Off the top of my head I'd say these three. All great, unique records from artists known for other albums / singles, but in this case containing some of their best work. Starsailor is phenomenal, much better than the early folky Buckley that is so available these days. And Decals was considered by Beefheart to be his best record - high praise indeed. Then there's 10CC, known for some daggy radio songs - Sheet Music is funny, smart, catchy, early-period.

And bonus tracks would be lovely too...

Starsailor is indeed a fine album, yes and i agree with the point of including bonus tracks and b sides also a few small interviews in retrospect as a bonus

All Painters and Dockers albums!!!!!
I have all their stuff on CD except the "Kill, Kill, Kill" (EP) and "Bucket" Live LP, and as I undertstand it they have never been released on CD. Wish they'd release those two for starters.

Travelling Wilburys.
Neil Young also has a couple of albums that are only on LP, an awesome live set called Time Fades Away is one of them. Some old stuff which is very hard to find on CD like Emerson, Lake & Palmer.
Also solo albums by Pink Floyd members Richard Wright and Nick Mason are out of print.

No Mercy - Widespread Bloodshed Love Runs Red

Mid 80's thrash band from LA featuring Mike Clark on guitar and Mike Muir (guesting) on vocals. Not long after Clark joined up with Muir in Suicidal Tendencies. Some of the songs have been re-recorded with S.T. but I probably prefer the original recordings. This is killer 80's thrash. Only available on vinyl and long out of print, there was talk that it would be re-released on CD even though the master tapes were reportedly destroyed in a fire.

there has been rumours of a re-master/issue and these have been talked about by both widows of Orbison and Harrison. It would be great as Volume One is so damn good and infectious its not funny (actually it is funny:)) and volume 3 is also great. something to do with legal issues had something to do with delays in the reissuing, also a DVD with their promo clips would be great wih footage of recording, interviews, etc, we could get a box set with both albums and a DVD, Id buy it also have the single albums out individually

I have Decade and Rust Never Sleeps original recordings which are great and yes this one needs updating

These would be popular with Floyd fans I agree
