Does Alan Ezard get any love for number 15?

yeah it was line ball between Otway & Ezard for me. Otway was the better footballer, but most would argue that 2 seasons isn't enough. Ezard killed it in the '85 Granny though..... might have to re-consider my #15...

4 years of Hardwick better than Zaharakis. Please.

easily. Hardwick was a much better footballer. yeah Zaka's kicked some great winning goals, but he's a bit of a downhill skier at times. Hardwick a premiership player and hard as nails. I'd take him over Zaka any day of the week.

Also won our best and fairest in 1991.

What ? - Ezard was classes better than Otway

I think it's extremely hard to make a case against Ezard for #15.

-premiership player in 1984 and 1985
-leading goal kicker 1986
-grand final player 1990
-best and fairest winner 1991
-184 games in 11 years

That's a darn good record.

Mark of the year in 86 as well

Has to be Ezard, he played some decent footy at stages. Glenn Hawker #33 by a mile. Very important player, superb kick. If you needed someone to kick a goal for your life he was it.

#24 ....should be McKenzie (too young to see play) but what about an old fave....Stephen Copping. Glue for hands.

bangin suit!

You wouldn't know if Hawker was left or right, he was that comfortable on either side, superbly skilled. Sent to Carlton at the tailend of career and his pick was used to get that hack m.long.

Could belt a bloke too, Copping. From old videos I've seen anyway.
