as someone who backs mainly longshots over the years i have found jockeys are way more reckless when they think they are on a no hoper. Frustration is an understatement. I may or may not have broken a toe kicking a bin back in the day when an 80s pop ran about 200 meters further than the rest of the field got blocked for a run and somehow ran 2nd to get me a huge quinella then lost 2nd on protest to a horse it ran past because of incompetent stewards

Got the better of me yesterday, threw the toys out of the cot and stormed home after race 4. Bit better today

Only respite was the stewards opened an investigation on the 2nd ones ride so hopefully he gets pinged for his incompetence.
