Remember the Titans - Absolute classic.
Agree. But there have been other soundtracks like Forest Gump, My Girl & the Big Chill that have spun the same / similar motown tunes.

Anyone care for classical music that touches the tortured soul of horror & hard rock then you'll love Van Helsing's Curse (not the movie) Oculus Infernum that is the ultimate Halloween soundtrack.

My favorite by a long way is the soundtrack to the 1990 scifi Hardware. The tracks can be downloaded from here. Make sure you get a listen to Iggy Pop as Angry Bob on track 2, "Good Morning amerika".

Composer Simon Boswell describes his score for 'HARDWARE' as if a Celtic Ry Cooder on acid had discovered God and decided to write opera. Simon has re-mixed the music score together with dialogue and bizarre audio effects to re-capture the atmosphere of the film. The album begins in the wind-swept deserts of post-nuclear America; a solitary slide guitar set against a moody orchestra is punctuated by MO's apocalyptic prophecy. For the film's climax, Boswell explains: 'I visualized a scene in Heaven - with Jimi Hendrix, Stravinsky, and the Moscow State Choir all jamming in a very small room.'
