Best Tagger in the AFL?

Recent years we've had Kirk, Ling, Rawlings.

Looking at that list with the exception of Kane Cornes no one is in their class.

For that reason I'd probably pick Cornes.
He was a very good tagger, who could also get his own ball, but he is not nor will he ever be a HBF or whatever other role Primus will designate for him.

I was tossing up between Scott Selwood and Clint Jones when opening this thread so the fact that Selwood wasn't an option made it an easy decision. Now that I've thought about it I would have chosen Jones anyway.
