In addition to that 3.2 he has had several relatively easy snaps fall short and be marked in the square from short range and complete misses that don't score at all. If his kicking was better he would be converting more of these opportunities. That's frustrating. How is his kicking frustrating. Has kicked 3 goals 2 behinds for the year. Maybe an out on the full or two, but 5 scoring shots in 4 games with 3 goal is okay. Okay accuracy wise, but not much chop small forward wise. He rarely crumbs a ball or does something where you go wow. Most of his possessions have been up the ground around the wing half forward, and he does very little with the ball when he gets it other than hold up play. He is probably having his best year in ages, but I would suggest given the role he plays there would be others who could do it just as well, and be far more creative with ball in hand. He has been a good player for us over the years, but reckon the time has come to raise the bar.
Would mean we could try Ralphsmith on a wing. Delicious.McIntosh an "OUT" this week...COVID protocols. Possibly as simple as McIintosh out, Vlaustin IN
It's pretty hard to drop any others after a really solid win where most played their role.
