With KPPs especially, be careful with going too early. Talls develop quite differently.

I find it weird and annoying that Carlton seem better at developing young KPPs (Curnow, Harry etc) than mids.

On performance so far without doubt Naughton. As a previous poster noted though kppdon't generally play good until about 23 24 year old

Hopefully can throw De Koning on there before long.

It is confusing to me too that they have 20 on their list (as the Carlton Show pointed out this week) over 192. If they're so good at developing them, why the need for so many?
